Windows 8 Release Date

Needless to say, Windows 7 was one of the most successful releases from Microsoft – after a debacle with its Vista. However, Windows 8 seems to build straight from the interface bliss of 7 and has some awesome features in store for users.
Windows PR Director Janelle Poole was quoted as saying:
“One of the things that I think is a good guideline though is we’ve always said thatWindows releases come round about every three years and this year will be three years in October since we launched Windows 7. So I think that’s a good guideline to consider.”
That ‘good guideline to consider’ has raised a lot of hopes on an October release. So Windows 8 release date – most probably October 2012!
